Never Run the machine in Empty Condition for more than a few minutes. |

Never run the drum in opposite direction other than the one indicated in machine. This will lead to loosening
of roller nuts and roller will come out and hit the drum. |

Never clean the grinder using water jet from the pipe. Use only wet sponge to clean the grinder to avoid water entering in to the motor & control panel. |
• |
Check up the belt tension once in three months by unscrewing front cover (motor portion) to maintain the good performance. |
• |
Check up the gearbox oil level once in six months and fill it up to the marked level to avoid wear & tear of gear wheels |
• |
Tighten all the bolts & nuts once in three months for reliable operation. |
• |
Don’t put hot masala items inside the drum as it is. Put it in the cold condition or otherwise it will lead to stone cracking. |
• |
Never put the ground qty more than specified in the sticker on the machine. |
• |
Ensure – earth wiring is connected properly or otherwise it will lead to the leakage of current / short circuit. |
• |
Do not operate electrical switches with batter hand or wet hand.
